- Nutanix製品・機能に関する幅広い知識を活用し、顧客のITリーダーがNutanix環境の戦略的運用を計画するのを支援する。
- 顧客のITチーム(オンサイトおよびリモート)に参画し、Nutanix製品への投資効果を最大化するため、Nutanix運用のベストプラクティスを実践。
- Nutanix環境の導入と拡張を加速し、顧客プロジェクトを成功に導く。
- テクニカルハンズオンを通じて顧客内製化を支援。
- 管理職の指示に基づき、Nutanixの関連サービスやレジデンシー外の案件を担当することもあります。
- 5年以上のIT企業システム管理チームにおける業務経験
- 顧客ITサイドとしてベンダーとのトラブルシューティング、エスカレーション経験
- PL/PMとしてIT運用プロジェクトを推進した経験があれば尚可
- 以下の運用イベントの計画立案と実践的な実行に参加した経験があれば尚可:
- PoC、デプロイメント、インストール、コンフィギュレーション、V2VおよびP2Vマイグレーション、拡張
- SW/FWのアップグレードとパッチ適用
- DR計画、設定、復旧
- 日本のSIerやソフトウェア会社のプロフェッショナルサービス(特にマネージドサービス組織)での勤務経験があれば尚可。
- データセンターインフラや仮想化に関する専門知識、エンタープライズアプリケーションに関する深い技術的理解
- エンタープライズストレージまたはネットワークに関する3年以上の専門知識があれば尚可
- タスクの自動化やスクリプト経験(Python、PowerShellなど)があれば尚可
- ITSM/ITILに関する知識や経験があれば尚可
- MCSA、MCSE、VCAP、VCIX、CCNA、CCIA、RHCEなどの業界資格があれば尚可
- 優れたコミュニケーション、プロジェクト管理、プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、交渉、コンフリクト管理、問題解決能力
- 技術的または政治的に複雑な問題に対処するために、社内の部門横断的な協働関係を主体的に組成し、お客様に対する効果的なコミュニケーション体制を牽引する能力

- Leverage extensive knowledge of Nutanix products and capabilities to help customer IT leaders plan the strategic operation of their Nutanix environment.
- Participate in customer IT teams (on-site and remote) and implement Nutanix operational best practices to maximise the return on investment in Nutanix products.
- Accelerate the implementation and expansion of Nutanix environments to ensure the success of customer projects.
- Support customer in-house production through technical hands-on.
- Possible assignments outside of Nutanix related services and residencies under the direction of management.
- Required: 5+ years' experience working in an IT corporate systems management team.
- Required: Experience in troubleshooting and escalation with vendors as customer IT side
- Preferred: Experience in driving IT operational projects as PL/PM
- Preferred: Experience participating in the planning and practical execution of the following operational events:
- PoC, deployment, installation, configuration, V2V and P2V migration, extension
- SW/FW upgrades and patching
- DR planning, configuration and recovery
- Preferred: Experience working in professional services (especially in a managed services organisation) for a Japanese SIer or software company
- Required: Expertise in data centre infrastructure and virtualisation, deep technical understanding of enterprise applications.
- Preferred: Over 3 years of specialized knowledge in enterprise storage or networking.
- Preferred: Experience in automation tasks and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Preferred: Knowledge or experience in ITSM/ITIL.
- Preferred: Industry qualifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCAP, VCIX, CCNA, CCIA, RHCE
- Required: Excellent communication, project management, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
- Required: The ability to proactively establish cross-team collaboration within the organization to address technically or politically complex issues and drive an effective communication structure/team with customers.
- Required: Ability to address complex technical or political issues, organize and oversee relevant stakeholders within Nutanix, and effectively negotiate and communicate with customers.
- Required: Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks.
